By ensuring consistent and transparent communication, our client was able to continue production whilst his new plant was being erected and commissioned ensuring constant supply of materials to their customers with minimum disruption.

We approached this project carefully, as it was located in the middle of the African jungle with land disputes and location of engineering services. We assisted our customer to install a a fully mobile crushing and screening plant for producing high quality aggregates for road construction. In our +30 years experience this is one of several plants that we have installed in numerous countries, locations and extremes of weather. We study our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution - and then watched it grow. Clients often approach JD Alpha Services Limited with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and really helped the company achieve high quality end products contaminant free from varying feed stock maximising the wash water available on this site. Double feed hoppers, modular processing plant design minimising the footprint of the plant. The ability to remove clay and lignite and classify sand to a high quality end product with the added benefit of producing three aggregate sizes should the feed material contain suitably sized material.
